The P-J has a rich history you can read about on site, and if you love to jam you may want to contact Susie Coleman and Kirk Pickering to inquire about visiting this invitation-only group. PegramJam.com is an audio tune reference. Besides making practice tunes available for their jam members--currently they have an audio library of over 450 old time tune--they felt that it would be in the spirit of traditional music to open up their collection up to acoustic music teachers and students everywhere. This website could be considered a modern delivery method of an ancient and respected tradition ... the passing on of tunes from one musician to another. A site well worth exploring!
